The world, it’s no longer as wonderful as what I thought in the past. The world is cruel, ugly, and it’s unfair. The environment and people around me had made me see through the part of the ugliness of the world. Thanks to big brother for welcoming me to the real and cruel world. That’s how people change their character, someone who can be nice in the past but doesn’t mean will be the same from the past to the present. It’s all cause by the environment and the people around you. You will never know who can be true to you, that how the world can be.
I started to change myself, since after I had my work review. I started to understand the world is unfair. I had been trying so hard to think the different ways of the business flow for the project and someone who does not touches on PROGRAMMING by JUST doing ADMINISTRATIVE work. Blue can give her BETTER performance grades COMPARE to someone who DID PROGRAMMING and DID ANALYSIS for the project can HAVE a LOWER PERFORMANCE GRADE. In this case, what’s the point of working so hard? Has blue ever thought of without his two staff that is able to do programming did this project, will this project able to complete based on the staff that ONLY did the administrative work?
From now onward, I won’t be the past of myself and start to change my personal character. Whatever things I do or my action taken there will always be a reason. I won’t want to say the reason, because I know no matter how I explain is useless. If you think in the way you think, I won’t stop you and also won’t tell you how much is the misunderstanding taken. Because, the world had made me feel exhausted.
