I had been feeling so down for the past few week. Working is a worst part of my life now. Everyone says there is way office politics. Ya I believe, but everyone should work as a team to achieve the same goal toward the project that they are working for. But in some situation thing don't turn in this way. People tend to compare with their teammates who is doing better and the lousy one will always be the loser. I believe there is no one want to be a loser, everyone want to be a winner so do I.
Why can't have a team have all the winner instead of 1 winner and all loser? There isn't a team spirit in this team. I feel so tired...Everyday is endure, endure, and endure to me...And it seem like the endure is going to reach my limit...
